What you'll do

• Build operational foundations and processes
• drive revenue, efficiency, retention, and store performance
• recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop delivery drivers and mechanics

• manage sales and customer escalations
• monitor sales, operational, customer, inventory, and team KPIs
• oversee daily operations and bike readiness
• manage inventory and assets
• maintain ERP accuracy
• conduct audits and lead loss prevention
• ensure policy and safety compliance.
