Behavior Consultant

The Behavior Consultant is an onsite, part-time role based in Lafayette, IN. The pay rate is $27–$28/HR, and this position supports the mission of Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, by providing specialized behavioral support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role exists to observe, identify, analyze, and document behavioral challenges. The consultant develops and implements behavioral analysis service plans and trains team members to reinforce these plans, ultimately helping individuals achieve greater independence and success.

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop behavioral analysis service plans, create individualized treatment plans, and train team members on plan implementation.
