What you'll do
- Learn housekeeping and guestroom operations, including cleaning, room turnovers, inspections, and quality standards
- assist with public-area upkeep
- learn guest-service standards and lodging operations such as occupancy planning, room assignments, staffing, scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- shadow the Lodging Manager
- complete a capstone project and presentation.
