What you'll do

• Prepare sashimi, nigiri, and maki rolls to culinary standards
• fabricate and portion fish
• maintain ingredient quality, freshness, and proper handling
• present dishes with attention to detail
• keep the sushi station clean, organized, and stocked
• follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
• collaborate with kitchen leadership
• contribute to menu items and seasonal offerings
• support opening, mid-shift, and closing duties
• engage with guests when appropriate.
