CNC Machinist / Programmer

The CNC Machinist / Programmer role is onsite in Littleton, CO. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. The position joins a precision manufacturing team producing components to blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements. The machinist/programmer owns the process from programming and setup through machining and inspection. Accurate programming, operation, troubleshooting, and quality checks help the team produce high-quality precision components to tight tolerances.

What you'll do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and 5-axis machining centers
• create Mastercam programs and toolpaths
• optimize and troubleshoot existing programs
• perform setups, changeovers, tooling selection, fixturing, and workholding
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining sequences
• inspect components using precision measuring equipment
• troubleshoot machining issues
• complete production and quality documentation
• maintain equipment and work areas
• follow safety and quality requirements
• collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
