What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize processing equipment, machinery, the harvest floor, slaughter equipment, and facility areas
• follow sanitation procedures and SOPs
• safely handle cleaning chemicals
• conduct pre- and post-operational inspections
• document sanitation activities
• report hazards
• and support GMP and HACCP compliance.
