The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) role is onsite in Wilson, KS, with compensation of $80,000–$85,000 per year. This full-time position supports Wilson Care and Rehab’s skilled nursing and long-term care leadership team. Working with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team, the ADON helps manage clinical operations, support nursing staff, and promote safe, high-quality, resident-centered care. The role also contributes to regulatory readiness, staff development, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Assist with nursing services and clinical operations
• coordinate resident care
• guide and support nursing staff
• assist with scheduling, assignments, and coverage
• monitor nursing practices and resident care
• support training and performance management
• participate in QAPI and care planning
• monitor regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• review clinical documentation
• support infection prevention
• assist with investigations and corrective actions
• address resident and family concerns
• participate in an on-call rotation.
