What you'll do

• Gather customer business use cases and document product requirements with recommended solution designs
• educate customers and partners on product architecture, functional design, and best practices
• assist with implementation scoping, analysis, and documentation
• develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners
• help implementation team members design solutions
• assist with technical delivery through code or complex configuration
• write custom work or review code.
