It contributes to vehicle performance and safe, repeatable flight operations and helps keep flight and test programs organized and moving.

What you'll do

• Develop and improve guidance, navigation, and control systems
• model and simulate vehicle dynamics and flight performance
• support trajectory design, mission planning, and flight profile development
• develop and validate algorithms and simulation tools
• perform performance predictions and analysis
• support sensor, instrumentation, and controls hardware integration and testing
• analyze flight and test data
• coordinate program schedules, milestones, risks, action items, and cross-functional dependencies for the CTO
• prepare status updates and technical summaries
• maintain program records in Mission Control and work with AI agents while retaining human judgment for technical and flight-safety decisions.
