Director of Tax

The director will build and grow a centralized tax support function, prepare and review individual and business returns, advise on tax topics, and improve workflows and technology adoption as the service line scales.

What you'll do

• Help launch and grow centralized tax support for advisors and their clients
• prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• support planning conversations as appropriate
• gather and organize client information
• explain tax topics in plain language
• partner with advisors, internal teams, and marketing
• improve workflows and processes
• support compliance, documentation, and timely filing
• help drive adoption of CCH tax technology.
