Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Provide licensed care as ordered and in accordance with applicable standards
• record vital signs
• provide catheter, IV, and respiratory care within license limits
• document nursing notes
• maintain safe environments and infection-control compliance
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff
• implement and recommend updates to care plans.
