What you'll do

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation from initiation to expert discovery in professional liability or labor and employment matters
• attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, and case management conferences
• conduct legal research and discovery investigations
• draft discovery requests and responses, motions, case evaluations, court orders, settlement agreements, affidavits, pleadings, and memoranda
• review discovery and deposition materials and prepare summaries and litigation updates
• negotiate with opposing counsel
• communicate legal analysis, status reports, and advice to clients.
