What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate daily onsite construction activities
• manage subcontractors, trades, and field personnel
• maintain project schedules and identify delays or conflicts
• conduct weekly safety meetings
• coordinate trade sequencing and logistics
• partner with the Project Manager on progress, risks, and field conditions
• work with the Project Engineer on submittals, RFIs, and clarifications
• monitor quality and jobsite performance
• maintain daily reports and photo documentation
• communicate milestones and challenges to the project team.
