What you'll do
- Collect and organize customer feedback, feature requests, and support escalations into a structured backlog
- draft problem statements for intake triage
- research competitor products and market trends in senior living software
- assist with feature specifications, acceptance criteria, and release notes
- coordinate with engineering, design, and customer experience teams on initiative status and blockers
- use AI tools for research synthesis, documentation, and backlog organization, and suggest ways to reduce manual product-management work.
