Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant role is onsite at Baylor University in Waco, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Pay is $21–$22 per hour. The position supports Chartwells Higher Ed’s campus food-service program at Baylor. The role helps communicate the program’s work through newsletters, client updates, awards submissions, media coordination, community engagement, and coverage of culinary achievements. It also provides clerical and administrative support for food-service operations.

What you'll do

• Create monthly newsletters and assist with client updates
• identify and apply for appropriate business awards
• coordinate with outside media partners on Baylor Eats storytelling, press releases, community engagement, and media coverage
• communicate with the culinary team to feature its achievements
• provide administrative support for food-service programs.
