What you'll do

• Float among multiple ICU environments and provide care for critically ill patients
• other hospital areas may also be supported based on patient-care and staffing needs. Assess patients, report changes in condition, coordinate and communicate plans of care, provide patient and family education, implement nursing interventions, evaluate outcomes, document care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Ohio RN licensure and BLS before patient contact are required
• ACLS is required within six months of hire for ICU areas.
