What you'll do

• Inspect and maintain common areas, trash and storage rooms, entry and exit points, and building exteriors
• perform minor repairs and pest-control tasks as needed or requested
• document walkthrough findings and resolutions in AppFolio
• escalate and follow up on major issues
• complete minor repairs and upkeep using appropriate tools.
