What you'll do

• Maintain patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and case files
• orient patients to program requirements
• assess and place patients according to treatment phases
• counsel patients in crisis or regarding program compliance
• arrange referrals
• conduct intakes and treatment plan reviews
• review counselor documentation
• support staff meetings, training, performance reviews, and inspections
• assist with case assignments and discharges.
