Part-Time Day Program Direct Support Professional — R.I.S.E.

The Part-Time Day Program Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Saint Charles, MO. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:30 AM–3:30 PM; additional availability may be required for program or client transportation needs. Pay is $21.50 per hour. Willows Way provides supports for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through its R.I.S.E. Day Program. The professional helps participants engage in meaningful activities onsite and in the community by exploring individual interests and matching them with fulfilling activities. The role also supports mobility and hygiene needs as required.

What you'll do

• Assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in meaningful community and onsite activities
• explore individual interests and match them with activities
• physically assist individuals using wheelchairs with mobility and hygiene tasks
• use a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation for work
• obtain a Class E license and drive large vans as needed.
