What you'll do

• Provide nursing care to residents
• prepare and administer physician-ordered medications and review orders for accuracy
• transcribe physician orders
• document resident information and notify physicians and families as needed
• assist with admissions and discharges
• complete incident reports and follow up on investigations
• participate in care planning and conferences
• coordinate resident care with facility disciplines
• supervise Certified Nursing Assistants’ day-to-day nursing functions
• participate in continuing education.
