What you'll do

• Operate bankout wagons and related heavy equipment
• coordinate with combine operators and harvest crew
• transport rice to dryers, bins, or trucks
• assist with pre-harvest preparation and field logistics
• perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• report mechanical concerns
• assist with general farm labor, irrigation, and field work
• follow safety protocols.
