Cub Club Rental Lead, Winter 2026–27

The Cub Club Rental Lead role is onsite at Bear Valley Mountain Resort in Arnold, California, for the winter 2026–27 season. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. The role supports the Ski and Snowboard School’s Cub Club rental service for students ages 4–12. What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• fit children ages 4–12 with rental equipment and explain use and safety features
• maintain rental check-in and check-out paperwork
• obtain binding certifications for ski and snowboard equipment
• maintain equipment and inventory
• keep rental and shared spaces clean and safe
• coordinate daily staff assignments with supervisors
• train qualified instructors for binding certifications
• assist with Cub and Panda Magic Carpets.
