What you'll do

• Manage payroll processing and controls
• oversee timekeeping and compliance, including meal and rest periods, overtime, and shift differentials
• review payroll inputs and time records
• maintain payroll records
• manage tax filings, reconciliations, W-2 preparation, and year-end activities
• resolve employee payroll questions
• document procedures and audit practices
• educate employees and managers
• support payroll and timekeeping system implementations and upgrades
• prepare reports and metrics.
