What you'll do

• Recommend survey design, testing, and administration across multiple platforms.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable survey tools.
• Offer expert support in methodological, technological, and ethical aspects of survey research.
• Manage survey administration and resolve technical issues.
• Consolidate and analyze survey data.
• Develop and present survey findings through visualization techniques.
• Create customized briefing materials for stakeholders.
