What you'll do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for fertility clinics, laboratories, surgery centers, and related patient-care operations
• establish operating priorities, performance expectations, and accountability
• lead and develop executive directors and local operational teams
• partner with physicians and clinical leaders on access, workflow, capacity, productivity, and practice performance
• develop operational metrics and lead performance reviews
• address performance gaps with improvement plans
• lead integration of acquired and affiliated practices
• support new clinics, service expansion, facility growth, and market development
• collaborate with functional leaders across the organization.
