What you'll do

• Oversee rooms revenue budgets, forecasting, pricing, demand analysis, yield management, segmentation, mix optimization, and selling strategies
• lead revenue management for new openings and takeovers
• develop regional, central, and on-property revenue managers
• monitor budgets, forecasts, and market-share targets
• develop property and portfolio strategies
• implement best practices and revenue tools
• serve as the revenue management subject matter expert and liaison
• manage strategic engagement with online travel agencies and other distribution channels.
