What you'll do

• Manage and oversee accounting department functions
• streamline month-end close and reporting
• review balance reconciliations
• oversee financial, program, project, and grant accounting
• monitor expenditures against budgets
• assist with agency and funding-source budgets
• support annual audits and Form 990 completion
• oversee reports to taxing authorities and funding bodies
• assist with COA and HRSA accreditation.
