Inside Sales Representative

Job overview

The Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Shreveport, LA, with compensation of $13 per hour plus commission. Generator Supercenter provides generator sales, repairs, maintenance, and turnkey installations, with a stated mission to provide customers comfort and peace of mind. Working in the call center, the representative develops sales opportunities, understands customer needs, explains products and services, and follows up on leads. The role also maintains prospect information and provides customer support by phone and email. The stated schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. or 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with occasional Saturdays as needed.

What you'll do

• Develop sales opportunities using outbound lists, CRM systems, email, and lead follow-ups
• identify customer needs and sales opportunities
• answer questions and resolve concerns by phone and email
• explain product and service features
• maintain prospect databases and research leads
• stay current on products, services, and competitor offers
• handle high call volumes.
