What you'll do

• Manage an active domestic relations caseload, including civil protection orders, divorce, and parental responsibility matters
• provide legal advice, brief services, and representation
• conduct interviews, investigations, legal research, and drafting
• negotiate on clients’ behalf
• maintain case notes
• use trauma-informed principles
• develop community education and outreach and participate in local boards and committees
• travel to counties as needed.
