What you'll do

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and optimization of network, server, cloud, storage, virtualization, and related infrastructure
• establish standards and best practices
• lead implementations, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and modernization
• ensure availability, performance, security, and resilience
• partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance on safeguards and HIPAA requirements
• mentor engineers and guide technical decisions
• lead business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities
• coordinate with business teams, vendors, and service providers
• evaluate technologies and lead improvements.
