What you'll do

• Compile and sort purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and statements
• generate invoices for automotive products and services
• verify pricing, terms, and discounts
• resolve billing discrepancies with sales and operations
• post invoice accounting data to the UCS system
• reconcile statements and prepare checks
• open payable accounts and obtain required information
• follow up on delinquent accounts
• maintain files, support cashiering, and assist with dealership phones.
