What you'll do

• Review and interpret solicitations, including FAR/DFAR requirements
• manage proposal schedules, coordination, kickoff meetings, content development, compliance matrices, data calls, and color team reviews using Shipley methodology
• collaborate with subject matter experts
• develop executive summaries, win themes, and proposal content
• design or refine graphics
• maintain consistent, compliant messaging
• provide progress updates and document lessons learned.
