What you'll do

• Welcome customers and provide a retail store experience
• maintain store displays, mannequins, cleanliness, and floor organization
• receive shipments, restock the sales floor, and organize back stock
• answer phones and fulfill customer service shipments
• provide current product, sales, and pricing information
• process transactions, payments, refunds, exchanges, and gift cards using the point-of-sale system
• may have keyholder duties including opening and closing, alarms, cash management, and store security.
