The Registered Behavior Technician, Center-Based role is full-time and onsite in NW Washington, DC. Pay is $27–$32 per hour for direct clinical hours. Bright Day Pediatric Therapies provides applied behavior analysis therapy for children and is expanding to include speech and occupational therapy. The technician provides one-to-one and small-group ABA therapy under individualized plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role supports children’s communication, emotional regulation, attention, social engagement, and independence through evidence-based strategies and accurate session documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in individual and small-group settings
• implement each child’s treatment plan using prompting, reinforcement, shaping, and structured skill-acquisition programs
• collect session data and complete same-day documentation
• collaborate with BCBAs and apply their real-time guidance
• rotate among a small group of children
• support clinic tasks during schedule gaps when assigned
• maintain professional and ethical conduct under RBT and BACB guidelines.
