What you'll do

• Provide visionary leadership for the Family Medicine Residency Program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and program growth.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements.
• Maintain program accreditation.
• Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and curriculum.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve the residency curriculum.
• Monitor resident performance.
• Facilitate scholarly activity and research opportunities.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate residency faculty.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
• Lead recruitment efforts.
• Support resident wellness.
• Maintain an active clinical practice.
• Lead program evaluation committees and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Graduate Medical Education (GME) leadership.

What we're looking for

Education

MD or DO with a non-restricted Ohio medical license.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years post-residency.
