What you'll do
- Represent clients in energy and infrastructure finance and tax-equity transactions
- advise developers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders
- draft, review, and negotiate financing and related transaction documents
- assist with structuring, execution, and closing of domestic and cross-border transactions
- conduct legal due diligence and analyze transaction risks
- collaborate with corporate, tax, project-finance, and regulatory attorneys
- manage multiple matters and build client relationships.
