The Treatment Specialist, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Millersburg, OH. Pay is $17–$18.50 per hour. Safe Harbor Ohio provides restorative care for child survivors of sex trafficking through healing environments and therapeutic and spiritual services. The specialist provides supervision, structure, and nurturing support to residents ages 14–18, models healthy relationships, and helps implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans. The role contributes to resident safety, healing, and growth through daily care, documentation, conflict mediation, and coordination with the team.

What you'll do

• Meet residents’ basic physical and emotional needs through supervision, social training, meal preparation, medical attention, hygiene training, clothing support, recreation, and appointment transportation
• use de-escalation and restraint techniques according to agency policy when needed
• maintain resident and campus safety
• follow daily routines and treatment plans
• mediate conflicts
• teach connection and social skills
• complete incident reports and logs
• communicate treatment progress
• support visitations and assess residents’ needs around visits.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; one to three months of related experience strongly preferred. A valid Ohio driver’s license and insurable driving record are required. Candidates must be at least 21 and complete background, reference, and drug checks.
