The Early Intervention Autism Technician role is onsite at the Rio Rancho center in Rio Rancho, NM. Pay is $18.50–$19.50 per hour during training and $20.50–$21.50 per hour after training, depending on experience. The role supports children on the autism spectrum and their families through JumpStart Autism Collective’s evidence-based care mission. The technician provides one-on-one early intervention behavioral therapy, implementing individualized programming under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision. The work helps children develop adaptive skills, including communication, play, social behaviors, and self-help skills.

What you'll do

• Complete paid training and Registered Behavior Technician certification
• work one-on-one with children ages one to twelve
• implement Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching programming under BCBA supervision
• teach adaptive skills including language, functional communication, play, pro-social behaviors, and self-help.
