The Cybersecurity Manager role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA. Compensation is $55.87–$96.87 per hour. The manager supports cybersecurity operations, identity and access, and network security engineering in a regulated healthcare environment at Confluence Health. The manager translates security priorities and regulatory expectations into coordinated daily operations, measurable service outcomes, and resilient technical practices. The role leads assigned staff and oversees security monitoring, access workflows, network services, incident coordination, projects, and operational compliance.

What you'll do

• Supervise cybersecurity, security operations/identity, and network security engineering staff
• translate security priorities into team plans and measurable outcomes
• oversee monitoring, alert triage, investigation, vulnerability management, and remediation
• manage identity and access workflows and audit evidence
• oversee network security services and lifecycle management
• coordinate incident response and recovery
• maintain service metrics, documentation, and audit readiness
• manage vendor relationships and support budget planning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, six years of progressive relevant experience, two or more years of leadership experience, two or more relevant certifications, and experience in healthcare or another regulated environment. Participates in after-hours support or on-call escalation as assigned.
