What you'll do

• Lead and enhance the Operational Risk Management framework
• provide independent oversight and credible challenge

• oversee key risk indicators and their thresholds
• lead risk reporting and analytics for executives, committees, and the board
• oversee risk assessments for new and revised products and services
• manage operational loss events and remediation
• guide risk discussions for major projects and strategic initiatives
• conduct quarterly risk assessments
• develop and mentor team members.
