Inventory Control Associate

The Inventory Control Associate is an onsite position in Noblesville, IN, with pay of $18–$21 per hour. CIBUS Fresh prepares made-to-order grab-and-go foods using fresh ingredients. The associate maintains accurate inventory and product locations while supporting receiving, storage, quality checks, and outbound shipments. The role helps buyers and warehouse leaders identify discrepancies and maintain product quality, rotation, and food safety across warehouse operations.

What you'll do

• Perform daily physical and cycle counts
• audit inventory and research variances
• maintain inventory records in Produce Pro
• provide reports to buyers and warehouse management
• receive and inspect inbound products
• put away and slot products
• pull, stage, and ship outbound products
• check product rotation and quality
• maintain warehouse and cooler organization
• follow food safety, SQF, and OSHA requirements.
