Human Resources Coordinator

Job overview

The Human Resources Coordinator role is onsite in Truckee, CA, with pay of $28–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Martis Camp is a private club community supporting more than 600 seasonal and year-round employees, called Ambassadors. The coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, HR administration, and compliance. By serving as a resource for employees and managers, the role helps create a positive employee experience and strengthen the organization’s workplace culture.

What you'll do

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, training, and compliance programs
• support recruiting and seasonal hiring
• process employment documentation and I-9 verifications
• maintain HRIS and personnel records
• assist with benefits and leave administration
• respond to employee and manager inquiries
• support recognition programs, events, workers’ compensation, safety, and HR projects.
