Quality Manager

The Quality Manager role is onsite in Loves Park, IL, with a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed; pay is $70,000–$90,000 annually. Fisher-Barton develops material-based solutions and high-quality parts for multiple industries. The manager owns plant quality activities, leads the quality team, and serves as the primary quality contact for internal and external customers. The role maintains the quality management system, supports audits and new product introduction, and leads corrective action and improvement work.

What you'll do

• Maintain the plant’s ISO 9001 quality management system
• support new product introduction quality tasks
• lead PPAP/ISIR submissions
• oversee gauging and test equipment calibration and qualification
• supervise quality technicians
• manage internal process, product, and ISO audits and support external audits
• maintain training programs
• lead corrective actions, return material authorizations, and nonconforming material disposition
• support supplier sourcing, audits, and qualifications.
