What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• perform general repairs
• maintain curb appeal
• complete resident work orders and unit make-readies, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed
• conduct quarterly preventive maintenance checks
• assist neighboring properties
• pick up supplies as needed
• maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff
• report health and safety concerns
• attend required training
• be available for after-hours on-call work and approved overtime.

Why this role
