Why this role

Overnight schedule runs Monday–Sunday from 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with clock-in between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.; shifts may be 5×8 or 4×10 based on employee preference, with one Saturday–Sunday weekend per month.
