What you'll do

• Maintain grounds and buildings, including landscaping, trash and debris removal, and janitorial work
• keep site equipment, resale fixtures, and janitorial equipment in safe working condition
• perform basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks
• repair and maintain structures, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• maintain records and complete assigned reports.
