The Logistics Support Specialist role is onsite in Cleveland, Ohio, and reports to the Warehouse Supervisor. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. The role supports Kaufman Container’s inbound and outbound material movement and warehouse coordination. The position helps ensure timely deliveries, accurate shipping documentation, and effective coordination among suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments. It also provides backup support to warehouse leadership and helps resolve shipping discrepancies.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming suppliers, carriers, and internal customers
• provide parcel freight quotes and rates to the Sales Team as needed
• schedule pickups from local suppliers and vendors
• back up the Assistant Supervisor when needed
• record shipments and prepare accurate packing slips, bills of lading, and pro numbers
• update the shared truck schedule
• report and help resolve shipping problems and discrepancies
• follow safety protocols
• maintain housekeeping standards
• perform cycle counts as needed.
