Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot key and PABX phone systems, voicemail, call center products, telephone lines, PRI, voice and data T-1, trunks, and integrated circuits
• troubleshoot hardware, software, voicemail, telephone sets, and features
• install cables and test systems
• complete acceptance tests
• support trouble tickets and the Technical Assistance Center
• identify demarcation points, pretest and install IAD, and perform loop testing
• assist remote centers with hosted IP-PBX and managed services testing and turn-up.
