The Behavior Specialist – Adult Program role is onsite in Poughkeepsie, NY, with pay of $25.25–$28.02 per hour. The role also coaches direct support staff, tracks outcomes, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary teams to guide consistent, person-centered support.

What you'll do

• Assist with behavioral and skills assessments
• contribute data and observations to behavior support and skills-based plans
• model and support plan implementation
• train and provide feedback to direct support staff
• maintain data collection systems and documentation
• communicate recommendations to supervisors and interdisciplinary teams
• participate in treatment and planning meetings
• and assist with crisis prevention and response using proactive, least-restrictive strategies.

Why this role
