What you'll do

• Collaborate with property managers on daily operations, financial strategies, and budgets
• prepare owner reporting packages and business plans
• mentor property management teams
• support asset management, acquisitions, and dispositions
• develop strategic plans and address escalated resident concerns
• coordinate marketing, leasing, occupancy, retention, and renewal programs
• ensure regulatory, safety, and Fair Housing compliance
• conduct site visits and inspections
• review capital replacement plans
• manage site employee recruitment, retention, and training.
